As a group-wide unit, BLANC & FISCHER Corporate Ser­vices pro­vides over­ar­ch­ing man­age­ment func­tion and cen­tral ser­vices for the com­pa­nies of the BLANC & FISCHER Fam­i­ly Hold­ing. The approx­i­mate­ly 300 spe­cial­ists at BLANC & FISCHER Corporate Ser­vices cov­er 14 dif­fer­ent spe­cial­ist areas, from human resources, finance and con­trol­ling to facil­i­ty man­age­ment, pur­chas­ing and IT. They are busi­ness part­ners for near­ly 8,000 peo­ple in 23 coun­tries and at 52 sites world­wide, who gen­er­at­ed total sales of around €1.24 bil­lion in 2023. BLANC & FISCHER Corporate Ser­vices is a mem­ber of the BLANC & FISCHER Fam­i­ly Holding. 

We are look­ing for a Con­sul­tant Corporate Strat­e­gy and M&A (m/f/d) for the Corporate Strat­e­gy and M&A depart­ment in Oberderdingen 

Ihre Aufgaben

You will work as part of a small team pro­vid­ing busi­ness con­sul­tan­cy and spar­ring in Strat­e­gy, M&A and Mar­ket Intel­li­gence for BLANC & FISCHER Fam­i­ly Hold­ing and its Busi­ness Groups. You will be work­ing in a flat team struc­ture, tak­ing over respon­si­bil­i­ty accord­ing to your skills & expe­ri­ence in these areas: 
  • The BLANC & FISCHER group-wide strat­e­gy process
  • M&A projects with­in BLANC & FISCHER Group glob­al­ly “from screen­ing to clos­ing” includ­ing analy­ses sup­port­ing senior man­age­ment deci­sions (incl. i.e., mar­ket screen­ing, data room process­es, valuations).
  • Analy­sis of the macro­eco­nom­ic envi­ron­ment as well as the mar­ket and com­pet­i­tive land­scape of BLANC & FISCHER Group. Prepa­ra­tion of mar­ket intel­li­gence reports and indus­try deep-dives for senior management

Ihr Profil

  • Degree in indus­tri­al engi­neer­ing, busi­ness admin­is­tra­tion, eco­nom­ics, inno­va­tion man­age­ment, or similar.
  • Work expe­ri­ence of 2-3 years in the areas of strat­e­gy, M&A and/ or mar­ket intel­li­gence is a plus
  • Ana­lyt­i­cal skills and enthu­si­asm for num­bers & tables
  • A team play­er with high degree of self-moti­va­tion, struc­tured work­ing style and pas­sion for busi­ness, com­bined with a hands-on mentality.
  • Excel­lent com­mu­ni­ca­tion & pre­sen­ta­tion skills in Eng­lish and German
  • Excel­lent knowl­edge of com­mon MS Office applications
