As a group-wide unit, BLANC & FISCHER Corporate Ser­vices pro­vi­des over­ar­ching manage­ment func­tion and cen­tral ser­vices for the com­pa­nies of the BLANC & FISCHER Fami­ly Hol­ding. The appro­xi­m­ate­ly 300 spe­cia­lists at BLANC & FISCHER Corporate Ser­vices cover 14 dif­fe­rent spe­cia­list are­as, from human resour­ces, finan­ce and con­trol­ling to faci­li­ty manage­ment, purcha­sing and IT. They are busi­ness part­ners for near­ly 8,000 peo­p­le in 23 count­ries and at 52 sites world­wi­de, who gene­ra­ted total sales of around €1.24 bil­li­on in 2023. BLANC & FISCHER Corporate Ser­vices is a mem­ber of the BLANC & FISCHER Fami­ly Holding. 

We are loo­king for a Con­sul­tant Corporate Stra­tegy and M&A (m/f/d) for the Corporate Stra­tegy and M&A depart­ment in Oberderdingen 

Ihre Aufgaben

You will work as part of a small team pro­vi­ding busi­ness con­sul­tancy and spar­ring in Stra­tegy, M&A and Mar­ket Intel­li­gence for BLANC & FISCHER Fami­ly Hol­ding and its Busi­ness Groups. You will be working in a flat team struc­tu­re, taking over respon­si­bi­li­ty accor­ding to your skills & expe­ri­ence in the­se areas: 
  • The BLANC & FISCHER group-wide stra­tegy process
  • M&A pro­jects within BLANC & FISCHER Group glo­bal­ly “from scree­ning to clo­sing” inclu­ding ana­ly­ses sup­port­ing seni­or manage­ment decis­i­ons (incl. i.e., mar­ket scree­ning, data room pro­ces­ses, valuations).
  • Ana­ly­sis of the macroe­co­no­mic envi­ron­ment as well as the mar­ket and com­pe­ti­ti­ve land­scape of BLANC & FISCHER Group. Pre­pa­ra­ti­on of mar­ket intel­li­gence reports and indus­try deep-dives for seni­or management

Ihr Profil

  • Degree in indus­tri­al engi­nee­ring, busi­ness admi­nis­tra­ti­on, eco­no­mics, inno­va­ti­on manage­ment, or similar.
  • Work expe­ri­ence of 2-3 years in the are­as of stra­tegy, M&A and/ or mar­ket intel­li­gence is a plus
  • Ana­ly­ti­cal skills and enthu­si­asm for num­bers & tables
  • A team play­er with high degree of self-moti­va­ti­on, struc­tu­red working style and pas­si­on for busi­ness, com­bi­ned with a hands-on mentality.
  • Excel­lent com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on & pre­sen­ta­ti­on skills in Eng­lish and German
  • Excel­lent know­ledge of com­mon MS Office applications
