Roland Bertsch is our expert when it comes to the “lean line” of the busi­ness groups. He helps to make process­es vis­i­ble and to opti­mize them. Togeth­er with the depart­ments, he works out more effi­cient process­es in pro­duc­tion and also in admin­is­tra­tion in the Corporate Lean Enter­prise depart­ment. He also pro­motes the top­ic of dig­i­ti­za­tion in the company. 

Many individuals,
one team

Every employ­ee has their place and is impor­tant, and we empha­size the human fac­tor. It’s only log­i­cal that we are loy­al to one anoth­er and treat each other fairly.

Envi­ron­men­tal pro­tec­tion is her area of exper­tise: Roschana Teschn­er is respon­si­ble for immis­sion and water pro­tec­tion as well as waste man­age­ment in the Glob­al Process­es depart­ment. She is the con­tact per­son for all of the Group’s plants around the Oberderdin­gen site. “The insight into the dif­fer­ent plants makes my area of respon­si­bil­i­ty so var­ied and exciting!”
