We are looking for a Consultant Corporate Strategy and M&A (m/f/d) for the Corporate Strategy and M&A department in Oberderdingen
Ihre Aufgaben
You will work as part of a small team providing business consultancy and sparring in Strategy, M&A and Market Intelligence for BLANC & FISCHER Family Holding and its Business Groups. You will be working in a flat team structure, taking over responsibility according to your skills & experience in these areas:
- The BLANC & FISCHER group-wide strategy process
- M&A projects within BLANC & FISCHER Group globally “from screening to closing” including analyses supporting senior management decisions (incl. i.e., market screening, data room processes, valuations).
- Analysis of the macroeconomic environment as well as the market and competitive landscape of BLANC & FISCHER Group. Preparation of market intelligence reports and industry deep-dives for senior management
Ihr Profil
- Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, economics, innovation management, or similar.
- Work experience of 2-3 years in the areas of strategy, M&A and/ or market intelligence is a plus
- Analytical skills and enthusiasm for numbers & tables
- A team player with high degree of self-motivation, structured working style and passion for business, combined with a hands-on mentality.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills in English and German
- Excellent knowledge of common MS Office applications
